Scott began his insurance claims career with Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company and quickly moved into a Senior Claims Representative position. Scott was a first responder on the CAT Team and has worked numerous Hurricanes on the Gulf Coast.

Scott started his career with The Littleton Group in 2009 as a Branch Manager and has proven to be a valuable asset. Scott has been on the 'staff' side as well as the 'independent' side of catastrophe operations and has an extraordinary ability to manage personnel and ensuring claims are being processed timely and accurately. His wealth of experience includes claims handling, claims training, claims management and CAT adjusting.

Jami Burns has worked for The Littleton Group since 2007. She is in charge of all Catastrophe Operations office personnel and procedures.

Jami has excellent organizational skills and assists with all scheduling and billing issues as well as adjuster recruitment and client communications.

Jeff Bode, Executive Vice President/COO

Jeff Bode is in charge of the day to day operations for the Catastrophe Division as well as the daily division of The Littleton Group. Jeff works out of the Austin location.

Jeff has worked for The Littleton Group since 1997 and is familiar with every facet of the day to day operations and the systems that are used to manager claims, both Daily and Catastrophe.

The Catastrophe Management Team reports directly to Jeff Bode.
